Notes first meeting: • Challenges Finance & Accounting: • They have a lot of legal entities -> Insurance, loan, etc. is central • They have kaufmännische Exzellenz: Controlling, Daten etc. -> have more data to look at • They book already quite automated -> Kostenstellenzuordnung they have to do manually • Automatisiertes Verbuchen ist keine grosse Kunst -> 80% der Rechnungen werden gescannt und automatisch verbucht -> jemand muss es reviewen • Blocker für Echzeit-Controlling: He is not sure • They have a Dokumentenmanagementsystem -> integration with them is important (Docuware -> scans invoice -> the invoice has to be there) - also for Archivierung • He is quite hands on -> he can say not that much -> what is important is real time analysis -> monitor 15 Dachdeckereien at the same time -> there is so little time to look at it -> nobody does it -> Ampelsystem about health of the company.
