he does not trust chatbot not enough to get information right; Spracheingabe is not super valuable (dialect also other people are in Grossraumbüro -> Hemmung) • What could make sense: document meeting in real time via app or sth. -> structure it afterwards into summary • Teamleiter does some negotiation -> their Einkaufsteam has 4 people; 3 employees do rather operational; Teamleiter does the strategic topics • MA: they just order stuff - coordination of transport; Artikelanlage -> they have to fill in an Excel that the Stammdatenteam puts it into SAP; sometimes they outsource the task to the supplier • Often difficult to communicate stuff to the whole team -> special discount -> unstructured data -> Excel is not usable; percent vs. sum etc. • End of year: Umsätze of Lieferanten Ende year to Orcha -> analyse where to get discount -> JAN -> which discounts were (MVP: cliqsense can send reports to Orcha via mail or API) • Data privacy is very important -> sensitive data -> MSFT is in cloud, Serviceplanungssoftware -> but less sensitive • Q to his IT guy: what is the safety requirement that has to be fulfilled -> prep the pitch very well -> they went for on prem with Cliqsense -> check if they are GDPR compliant • Sometimes suppliers want to do more -> often partnerships -> 15%; flag it maybe via survey for employee - how positive is Lieferant happy; on the other hand supplier is not happy -> leave them alone for some time • The best supplier are the ones where sum is not high yet -> strong discount -> then increase amount -> discount is super large; Hydrauliköl: benchmarks are publicly available; quality often not possible to quantify it; If Rahmenkonditionen under 6% are Spesen -> Rückstellung -> fehlt in DB and bonus for Sales; • MVP scope: ablegen von Documents - they introduce document management tool -> they have to check it in, name it, etc.; a lot of manual work and very static -> only storage -> he misses an overview, and quick access to the document; up to date analysis; cliqsense pushes data and Orcha checks if all discounts are correctly applied -> 360 Grad Supplier view -> for him overview is already very valuable -> AI support with Einpflege and analysis / sanity checks by AI; talk to data (e.g. Konditionen last year); put a Protokoll with Lieferant or another employee and add it to the knowledge base (AI to summarise) • For him Rahmenkonditionen are very important -> negotiate them well because they are fixed vs. negotiation on case by case base • E.g. when they do a new magazine -> use momentum to negotiate Rahmenkonditionen • Query: which supplier has Werbekostenzuschuss and who do not have it • WTP for MVP: share of savings; very small amount of fixed costs (30 EUR / month -> 150 EUR / month is difficult; pro Person -> for them 5 people) • Konzerneinkauf has ca. 30-35 people • Cliqsense: they charge 50 ct / minute • Lieferantenmailings: vor Konferenzen -> choose suppliers by criteria and send mass mails -> neue KI Verordnung -> they email supplier outside of EU to notify re AI Act -> these mails have to be contacted; • POC for supplier -> who has which tasks is important • I need to also understand AI Act better • Important to know who documented sth -> document employee name • The negotiation does not really change -> it is more a nice to have / reminder for him -> it helps with prep -> it helps with selection of the targets; a few less mistakes -> Standardartikel more could be automated -> there maybe more value • Skonto, Bonus & Werbekostenzuschuss -> 50 to 60 Mio -> profit • He thinks that -> last year they forgot to charge bonus -> big amount -> misunderstanding (two suppliers -> were not sumed up -> was below the threshold) • 3k EUR / year he can imagine that a development partnership can make sense; 5k is maybe possible; 10k too expensive -> for his 4 people team -> Orcha as aggregation platform • When the tool is more powerful -> WTP increases
