We are an attractive and preferred partner to our customers, providing high quality technical, regulatory and commercial services for all products we distribute. • My message: • Ich bin auf Ihr Profil gestossen, da ich nach HSGlern suche die in Finance Leadership Rollen bei Unternehmen mit mehr als 100 Mitarbeitern sind. • Wir entwickeln proprietäre KI-Modelle für Controlling & Accounting, die auch für komplexe Fälle trainiert sind - etwa mehrere Purchase Orders auf einer Rechnung, Price-Variance-Tolerances bei Lieferanten etc. Ziel ist eine ~60% Automatisierung in AP/AR und auch 50% weniger Aufwand beim Closing & Reporting - ohne neues SaaS-Tool, direkt integriert in bestehende Systeme (auch ohne API) und angepasst an aktuelle Prozesse. • Reply: • Als HSGler sollten wir doch weiterhin das "Du" pflegen :-) • Ich arbeite erst 1 Monat in der aktuellen Position, bin aber grundsätzlich offen. • Wann hast du gedacht, nächste Woche einmal?
Notes: • Notes: • Former company • He introduces Odoo (did it with Google Lens) -> that worked very well - he could save 1 FTE • Biggest use case: Verbuchen von Rechnungen -> that worked very well • He is in his new role since a month -> they work blp from Zurich -> they have a plugin for the ERP they use -> they go for them • They are currently at the start - only one meeting -> he wants it at least like Odoo • This is the low hanging fruit -> AI is much better • Find invoice number -> PO vs. Wareneingang -> no difference direct Buchung auf Kostenstelle (worked well with Odoo) • He tried to load Excel file into finance software -> to automate monthly end reporting to explain differences -> did not work at all -> we could try it with him • Consolidation would be interesting • Controlling: • It does not work very well • Input: all Buchungen • Budgeting -> They have a tool where they can insert everything -> suggestion for next year • The tool is liked with the ERP -> takes the last 2 years budget, actuals and comments and the actuals of this year, then manual forecast for this year end and budget for next year and comment -> you can aggregate for the whole company - its kind of a limited Excel -> simpler that people can not insert everything • Forecasting: • Compare actuals with Branchendaten & trends (public data) • Automation: • Monatsabschluss: • In Odoo matching / reconciliation was automatically done • Odoo nachteile: • Governance / Berechtigungen; Produktion etc. was not that good • Odoo was really good - he is a big fan • He is interested for feedback and sharing data with us to test • Biggest objections / challenges in his daily life? • • Most valuable flows for him? • • Context: team setup? internal and external? • • Which tasks are the biggest pain?
