Tax advisor? CFO etc.? His girlfriend? etc. Notes: • Procurement department takes offers and negotiates for employees • Feedback: • Greiner • They do everything in SAP • When they buy sth via company CC or via Einkäufer -> invoice is in the system -> they select an invoice -> not visible to anyone anymore -> they vorkontieren the invoice themselves incl. project -> they add project number -> very manual process -> everyone is doing this himself -> then Accounting checks and wants more information • Chaos process: • Manual process -> he brings printed sheets to the department once per month -> he has to insert it into their system -> he writes manually the number on every sheet which matches the software -> then accounting comes back with questions -> a lot of effort -> costs more than the expenses itself -> they build a Statue • Accounting: no real exposure • Send profile who I am looking for to him so he can search -> FUP • Talk to his girlfriend • Now last week where she works -> check in with him
