Hi Maximilian, danke für das interessante Gespräch. Ein weitere Punkt wo ein AI Agent relatiev einfach helfen können sollte ist das zuordnen von Bankbuchungen. Wenn eine Rechnung 1 zu 1 Bzahlt wird wie sie in Rechnung gestellt wird funktioniert das heute schon recht gut aber sobald ein Kunde z.B. 3 Rechnungen und 1 Gutschrift miteinander verrechnet, evtl. noch Skonto zieh etc. wird das aktuell schon wieder sehr mühselig, viele Kunden senden kein Zahlungsavis oder ähnliches.
