Questions: • Feedback: • Deloitte: • Allianz and Munich RE • Allianz: very international • Faber Castell: • 6k people • Tech is very annoying • He uses Power BI • They try to integrate different entities • Main task: • New product development -> digital apps for creativity • Main challenge: • Microsoft environment (Sharepoint etc.) -> there are a lot of things that can be automated - but he does not have the time to learn the tools • Example: all different entities provide data via Excels and then merging them • He does not want to integrate stuff -> he wants to use a LLM • They use Sharepoint Lists -> online version of Excel - but does not integrate with Excel • When he wants to need a new tool -> they are very conservative with new tools (data protection) • He wanted to start Notion -> did not get the approval • No automations he is aware of - but he just started • It is frustrating that he does not know how to use it • They do an internal ChatGPT • No real insights into situation at Faber yet (1 month in) • Are they automating today?
