Tobias Norlund (27.10.2025) • https://www.linkedin.com/in/tobiasnorlund/ • They are not building Klicka anymore - why? • He started Computer Use some years ago -> when ChatGPT was released -> he thought LLMs are solved -> extend them to work with computers • He started prototyping some ML models (UIAct) • Alexander picked up the models • Alex was in Antler program and got the investment • He wanted to validate the market before building -> figure out what users want to have • David Frederiksson helped them get in touch with potential customers • Hypothesis: problem with RPA: • You need a developer for the implementation -> can be solved by agents via prompt • You need business developers to identify processes to automate (task mining) -> super time consuming -> second big potential for Computer Use • It is easy to find front end workers that you can relief -> thats where they struggled • They wanted to find one customer to really focus on -> find one process and make it work -> they got to that point -> they run out of money -> investors wanted to have revenue • -> if you give frontline workers simple tools they can do it • It was harder than he expected -> finding significant chunks of manual work was more difficult - it has to be super repetitive -> harder to sell; maybe looked in wrong places, maybe sold it the wrong way • They wanted to be very horizontal -> harder to go deep • What is he working on now? • • What is a vertical that he sees that has the most potential? • • What does he think about the Finance & Accounting space? • They looked into accounting: in contact with a couple of smaller accounting firms in Stockholm • They had to go to swedish tax authority in browser to download the transaction history and store it somewhere (only a few minutes per month) • Feedback to my idea: • Every accountant does the matching in different ways • Some two Excels next to each other • Some copy paste a lot of data in one file • Many accounting tools have built in support • etc. • The whole promise of Computer Use is to adopt to the current process • Desktop is harder -> what is the UX there? • What should user do while the automation is running - most incumbents are focussed on browser -> easier to work in background • They mainly focussed on desktop • Over the summer he has a project for desktop use agents for Linux -> agent can run as a separate mouse and keyboard -> can do work on its own windows while the user works in parallel • Overall situation: • He signed new company on FRI • Tandem Health • They integrate with EHR systems to transfer notes -> agent system • In Europe more than 1000 EHR systems • Migration could be interesting • Check out AskUI • He could do an intro to the CEO • He is super nice and helpful • Self healing and fallback makes sense
