Niharika Sista (17.10.2025) • https://www.linkedin.com/in/niharika-sista/ • Former AskUI and now Matterway • My message: • I am exploring some ideas in the space - actually also your experience at Matterway could be relevant!

•	Matterway: do they only focus on the personal laptop or can stuff run in the background as well?
•	How difficult is it to work with desktop software vs. browser based?
•	Who do they focus on at Matterway and AskUI? What does work for them what not?
•	Who are main customers?

Notes: • Main Points: • APIs are often missing -> she had to build code to integrate with Windows systems • Main problem with Low code tool: • Not HIPAA approved -> big problem -> big point • UIPath is the most user friendly in this complexity level • Good community and documentation • She reads forum a lot - also sometimes they can recycle to other tools • BP and Automation Anywhere has bad UI • Make.com made UI looks childish -> she looks professional • She loves a tool where learning curve is quick • Healthcare people are not tech savvy • Integrations, UX and data security are the main factors for solutions • Matterway: • Pre-Sales and Solution design -> a lot of discovery calls -> what are unique advantages • Traditional RPA: • Process is stopped when human has to intervene -> when human approves -> directly continues • Not a lot of IT setups -> very light RAM • GDPR compliant • They are good in banking, customer support -> they are fast end to end • Process excellence as well • It runs only attended atm -> one can not do stuff parallel while automation is running • They focus on critical processes where user should watch the automation • -> if not critical -> better traditional RPA • Tools that they should use: • PowerAutomate, • She used Zapier and AI tool • AskUI • Good reporting features when bot is failing -> you can pick up where the bot failed • It gives you a video what went wrong • It can be unattended • A generic solution works if you focus on top quality of the tool - not a lot of setup required and data privacy secured • She is super passionate - could be great early hire for role player on automation / customer success side • Keep her updated -> wants to test the product • RL is super interesting for the next years • Raising is very difficult -> 50 to 100 startups in the space -> if exit -> liquiditätspräferenz • Screen recording: • Enterprise do not want to screensharing • Valuable tasks • Mine the data from browser and desktop
• Check if clicks can be identified on desktop •
