• orcha/ — main app
• wiki-browser/ — wiki-style server for browsing the repo's HTML and Markdown docs in a browser
• www/ — marketing site

Read each subproject's CLAUDE.md before working in it.

Other top-level directories (docs/, drive/, feature-specs/, marketing/, scripts/, spikes/) are working directories without their own subproject scaffolding — touch them as needed without subproject conventions.
